Hello!

As I said before Im going to give a little update on what Ive been up to as an artist lately. Since last summer Ive been working alot on remixes. Earlier this year i finished up remixes for Jussi Polet, Ercola, Bastian Laval and Leonid Rudenko. This week i finished two remixes. One for ‘Heikki L – Classic’ and one for ‘DJ Orion – One Sunday’ and im mighty proud of them both.

The future now also holds some collaborations with different artitst. As some of you might know, Autoload is a project between me and Timo Juuti(Syna / Deck Jagger) and Wicked will be releasing our 1st EP in the beginning of next year. Samples will be available quite soon in the ‘Wicked Player’ so dont miss them. Im also working with Mike Shiver on a vocal electrohouse track that I guarantee will blow yuor minds next year. You might get a sneak peek of it in the near future here in the blog updates. Im also working with the Techno Jesus of Finland, Artificial Latvamäki on a melodic techno track and quite about it. Working with Heikki L early next year will also be a blast so lots of stuff happening! December will be a busy one! =)

Ofcourse im also working on tracks of my own and the styles vary from all in electrohouse to honest minimal tehcno stuff so its going to be interestin when all that stuff comes together.

Last but not least. Wicked Recordings debute release ‘The Wicked Kid – Virgin EP’ will be out for purchase on Monday December 1st 2008 at:

To manic depression and back

Endorphic, i guess, would describe the feeling right now. And not because of music or anything creative in the traditional sense but because feeling of achievement after hardwork and study.

Two months ago I started working on getting the label up with graphics and website and all that. As im studying media production in the university i decided to include the project in my studies. Which in retrospect was actually a very good thing. Doing the project as studies ment deadlines and more organized way of working that otherwise might have been quite chaotic.

I got to a good start with designing logos and getting things started but had a bit of a visit in to lazy street over a month ago. It just felt like there was so much to do and i was getting no where with my inadequate website programming skills or graphic skills. Then suddenly about 3 weeks ago things started to work and ive been in a freakish manic work streak after that. Working 7-14h days on the project pretty much every day and just having a blast with it. While also working on some remixes and own material.

Tonight I uploaded the website online and it feels phenomenal. The 1st releases material has also been allready delivered and it will be available for purchase in Beatport.com on December 1st. So everyone go buy it and make me rich. =)

This week has been even more hectic cause ive finished a couple of remixes but i will post on those issues later on this week.

To end this midnight therapy session, here are some words from the late great author – Douglas Adams:

“I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing sound they make as they go flying by.”

Over and out…
